Shipping and Handling
We ship your order as soon as we have received complete payment and the order has been completed.All
orders are only taken when a £25.00 ( non refundable) booking fee is paid.There will be a balance of £50.00 ( non refundable)
to be paid 6 weeks before the completion date and the remainder is to be paid in full, no later than 2 weeks before
completion date. We offer the following shipping methods:
All Orders are available by pick up in basildon at our
Bowers gifford store or in thetford, unless the order falls within our delivery radius which is
subject to terms of agreement. There will be a standard P&P charge for all orders that are sent via royal mail. Magic

are individually hand made and they may vary slightly.
Once you,
the client, has confirmed wording and colour, any further amendments will be charged accordingly.
Standard postage
and packaging charges apply to UK customers only.
50% deposit
is required when placing orders and is non refundable. The balance will be invoiced 2 weeks prior to the completion date agreed.
Customers
understand that colours in the images displayed on this website may very slighty from the colours on the product. Clients
are also advised to order samples before placing full order.
